DOYMA: DOYMAfix® HP/O - above-ground heat pump inlet

With the new DOYMAfix^® HP/O, DOYMA GmbH & Co presents the first professional above-ground lead-through for air-to-water heat pumps. The DOYMAfix^® HP/O is characterized by an innovative design and guarantees the simple, fast and safe installation of connection lines for heat pumps. DOYMAfix^® HP/O can be installed in a short time and the cross-trade installation (shell construction, HVAC and electrical) creates the greatest possible flexibility in the construction process. With this unique system, DOYMA enables GEG-compliant thermal insulation to be ensured - regardless of the wall structure and thickness. DOYMAfix^® HP/O is available as a DOYMAfix^® Connect HP/O variant.

As supplied, the DOYMAfix^® HP/O is suitable for installation in walls with a maximum thickness of 500 mm. Thanks to the innovative intermediate segments, which are available as a set of four accessories, the product can be individually adapted to wall thicknesses of over 500 mm.

For all common wall types

The installation of the above-ground introduction for heat pump systems can be carried out in all standard wall structures. This means that building owners and installers do not have to worry about the condition of their wall. What's more, the DOYMAfix^® HP/O can be installed quickly by just one person without the need for additional installation aids. It is not necessary to use a sleeve. The DOYMAfix^® HP/O can be installed directly in a core drill hole or a chiseled opening.

Accessories for the specialists

In addition to a set of four intermediate segments for individual adaptation to the given wall thickness, the DOYMAfix^® HP/O accessory range also includes a compression tape for sealing on uneven wall surfaces and a sealing set for refrigerant pipes (split). The latter replaces the existing sealing sets for water-bearing pipes (monoblock).

DOYMAfix^® Connect HP/O

The new above-ground entry for heat pump systems is also available in a version with ready-to-connect, flexible corrugated stainless steel hoses and integrated thermal insulation. The DOYMAfix^® Connect HP/O is available with corrugated stainless steel hoses in DN 25 and DN 32. Both versions are equipped with a union nut and external thread on one side.
