The DANUBEFLATS

Vienna, Austria

The DANUBEFLATS in the Austrian capital Vienna are located directly on the New Danube. The building is the tallest residential tower in Austria with a height of 180 meters and a total of 48 floors. The DANUBEFLATS are nicknamed "THE ONE AND ONLY". This reflects the aspiration of the project partners SORAVIA and the S+B Group to construct a luxurious building with many high-quality residential units in Vienna - breathtaking views included. DANUBEFLATS is characterized by urban living, good infrastructural connections, shopping facilities and restaurants, as well as its location in the immediate vicinity of nature reserves and local recreation areas and its own members club with spa and fitness area.

Responsibility included

High-rise buildings such as DANUBEFLATS bear a particularly large responsibility for sustainable urban development. In many metropolitan areas, residential towers on the water are already part of the cityscape. They characterize city districts and have a representative effect and radiance that extends far beyond the building itself.

Architecture that becomes a landmark.
