The design for "The Spin" comes from the pen of star architect Hadi Teherani. The striking 128 m high high-rise combines hotel use and office space in one and exudes a strong aura - a successful contrast to the multi-layered surroundings. The office space begins above the 21st floor, at a height of 80 meters. The architectural "spin" - the visual separation of the floors through a slight rotation of the floor plans - is clearly visible from afar.
A truly expressive building, architecturally sophisticated!
A total of approx. 10,000 m² of state-of-the-art office space extends over 10 floors from the 22nd to the 31st, crowned by a large, fully accessible roof terrace on the 32nd floor. However, the impressive panorama is not only enjoyed from the roof - all office floors offer a spectacular 360° view. The 4-star superior hotel NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower will move into the lower floors. The sealing systems for this modern project were supplied by DOYMA.
The planners Groß & Partner Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH and their team were responsible for the shell construction, site logistics and construction safety for the construction of "The Spin" building. DOYMA sealing systems were planned by the engineers at enco energie consulting GmbH & Co KG, Frankfurt for the professional sealing of the pipe penetrations in the sprinkler tank against pressing water. The contractor Minimax Frankfurt installed Curaflex® C2SD6 sealing systems to ensure that the sprinkler tank was professionally sealed.
