DOYMA is committed! - As a successful and growing family company, we know about our commitment to customers, suppliers and employees. In addition, DOYMA also assumes social responsibility and is committed to social and environmental issues that the company can contribute to solving. In addition to donation activities, DOYMA uses all possibilities and skills specifically for the common good - especially in the region.
SOS Children's Village Worpswede
The DOYMA Christmas party, to which all employees are traditionally invited, is a very special highlight every year. The event could not take place in 2020, although various concepts were examined. With the cancellation, which was difficult for the company management, the date for the celebrations in 2021 was communicated. In addition, each employee received a voucher for a Christmas tree, which the team was happy about. While some traditionally set up a Christmas tree and secured their personal DOYMA fir tree, others donated the voucher because the DOYMA management had announced that they would donate 40 euros to the SOS Children's Village Worpswede for each voucher that was not redeemed. In this way, an impressive sum of 2,360 euros was raised for the benefit of the children!
Little rascals children's home
DOYMA is particularly concerned with the well-being of children, which is why we are the official sponsor of the Kleine Strolche children's home. The association Kinderheim Kleine Strolche e.V. was founded in 2018. With the manor Ovelgönne in Bücken, the children's home found the perfect location for setting up a therapeutic center in the same year. Animal-assisted, curative educational, child and youth psychiatric and psychotherapeutic offers for the recovery of traumatized children are continuously being expanded.

Colin Rimbach has been collecting donations for the German Children's Hospice Association (DKHV) for many years. In the meantime, this has already raised many thousands of euros. The trigger for the idea was a rubber duck for Easter and comedian Paul Panzer. At that time Colin was just eight years old and saw on the Internet a photo of Dieter Tappert alias Paul Panzer, who presented a check for several thousand euros to the DKHV. Colin quickly realized that he wanted to help support the good cause. Colin himself received his very first rubber duck at the same time. "It immediately occurred to me to combine the two things," says Colin. "Everyone is happy about ducks." In the area of our advertising media, DOYMA publishes a new motif duck every year. We sponsor part of this to Colin and support the DKHV in this way.
Protect foodstuff. Help people in need.
DOYMA has been supporting ACHIMER TAFEL e. V. in Achim. All goods coordination and logistics take place there. Every day from 9:00 a.m., a team of 25 drivers is on duty with the 2 vehicles to fetch goods from the markets, exchange goods with neighboring boards or supply the branch in Bassen or Lunsen. A team of around 65 helpers sorts the food delivered and prepares it for delivery or delivery to the branch. Commitment to people and nature
DOYMA is not only committed to social issues, but also to sustainable environmental projects. In cooperation with the Oyten environmental organization "Wühlmäuse", DOYMA not only brought flower meadows to bloom in the past, but also conjured a smile on the voles' faces thanks to sponsored work vests. Young DOYMA staff also learn sustainable management and commitment, as part of project work, not only project management was on the curriculum, but also the construction of a seating group for the common good.
Sponsorship of the handball department of TV Oyten
DOYMA supports the TV Oyten Vampires (handball department of TV Oyten) as a shirt sponsor. The 1st women of the club plays in the third division and has the DOYMA logo on her stomach. In addition, numerous youth teams were equipped with jersey sets. Some of these young teams can already look back on enormous sporting successes.
Sponsorship of the football department of TV Oyten
The first men's team of TV Oyten plays in the football district league and wears jerseys with the DOYMA logo. Of course, the youth teams are also equipped with jersey sets. DOYMA supports football on TV Oyten in the second generation, DOYMA founder Mr. Ihlenfeldt has already actively supported the teams.
School association at the primary school Sagehorn e.V. “För use Lüttjen”
The “För use Lüttjen” school association was founded in 1995 to open the Sagehorn primary school. Just like the student body, the association is a diverse group that, despite all its diversity, has one common goal: to make the school days of the children worth experiencing and thereby creating a sense of belonging that does not exclude anyone. DOYMA supports the goals of the association and especially promotes children who should be looked after more linguistically or in other areas. At the same time, the "Lego Mindstorms" project, in which children learn to program robots in a playful and practical way, receives support.
Waldheim workshops
The „Waldheim workshops" are geared towards the needs and requirements of the employees. For people with a disability who have a significant and not only temporary disability, the „Waldheim workshops" offer varied jobs and suitable individual support. At DOYMA, activities such as regular garden maintenance carried out by the „Waldheim workshops".
Annual Christmas donation
The donations of the employees, which are collected during the company Christmas party, are mostly doubled on the company side and donated to a charitable project. Every year, the donation goes to a different aid organization or to a charity. In addition, projects or non-profit activities that are organized or supported by DOYMA employees are funded.
