The Theater at the Parkaue and BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH – both based in Berlin – were the clients for these extensive renovation measures. KNO Engineering GmbH from Cottbus was responsible for the general planning. One structural challenge was the careful sealing of penetrations in a sprinkler tank against pressing water. For this purpose, DOYMA supplied the Curaflex® 7006 flange plates with sleeve and fixed/loose flange, which are sanded for thick coating, via Bär & Ollenroth KG from Berlin. In addition, Curaflex® C sealing inserts were used to ensure effective sealing against pressing water. The products were installed by the construction company eb2 Brandschutzanlagen GmbH from Berlin.
