Today, single-family homes are increasingly being supplied with renewable energy. With the new DOYMAfix® HP/O, DOYMA GmbH & Co presents the first professional above-ground feed-through for air-to-water heat pumps. The system impresses with its innovative design and enables simple, quick and safe installation of connection pipes. This reference shows the installation of our prototype.
The DOYMAfix® HP/O can be installed in a short time; the cross-trade installation (shell construction, HVAC and electrical) offers the greatest possible flexibility in the construction process. The system also guarantees GEG-compliant thermal insulation, regardless of the wall structure and thickness.
Can be used for all common wall types
The new above-ground entry for heat pump systems can be installed in all standard wall constructions. This means that building owners and installers do not have to worry about the quality of the wall. The DOYMAfix® HP/O can be installed quickly by just one person and without additional installation aids. The use of a sleeve pipe is not necessary.
The feed-through can be installed directly in a core drill hole or caulked opening, thus ensuring maximum efficiency and safety when connecting air-to-water heat pumps.
The structural challenge lay in the professional, careful sealing and installation of a heat pump inlet in a new building. Secured thermal insulation - fulfillment of the GEG requirement. Aesthetic wall transition with surface finish. Can be used universally in all common wall constructions. Airtight according to DIN EN 13829, splash-proof, IP44 according to DIN EN 60529, sound insulation according to DIN 4109-2. For this purpose, DOYMA supplied the DOYMAfix® HP/O wall duct, which was installed by the contractor Heiter Haustechnik from Wilstedt.
