At BAU 2019 in Munich, DOYMA presented its new, pioneering All inclusive builder packages for the first time. These are multi-section house entry systems for buildings with and without basements, which are supplied as complete sets.
The builder's packages All inclusive have been designed to provide architects, contractors, specialist planners and builders with a simple all-round carefree solution that is guaranteed to contain all the necessary parts, is widely prefabricated, enables quick installation and can be fitted with several media lines in parallel.
Numerous advantages for builders and tradesmen
All sealing elements are pre-assembled at the factory in the all-inclusive builder's packages, which saves a great deal of time for the tradesmen carrying out the work, as the amount of work required prior to installation is significantly reduced. In addition, the trades are pre-assembled with blind plugs. This means that the house entry is gas- and watertight after installation. This also means reliable protection against the radioactive ground gas radon. The fact that all the necessary components - including the seal for the gas trades (RMA and Schuck) - are included in the set means that work can always be carried out on schedule. Of course, it is also possible to flexibly allocate the individual sections - regardless of the construction progress - and to reline at a later date.
The all-inclusive builder's package for buildings without a basement also includes a seal for the disposal pipe. DOYMA provides a 25-year guarantee on all builder-owner packages - far in excess of the statutory requirements.
