Today, single-family homes are increasingly being supplied with renewable energy. With the new DOYMAfix® HP/O, DOYMA GmbH & Co presents the first professional above-ground feed-through for air-to-water heat pumps. The DOYMAfix® HP/O is characterised by an innovative design and guarantees the simple, fast and safe installation of connection lines for heat pumps. This reference includes the installation of our prototype. DOYMAfix® HP/O, can be installed in a short time and the cross-trade installation (shell construction, HVAC and electrical) creates the greatest possible flexibility in the construction process. With this unique system, DOYMA enables thermal insulation to be ensured in compliance with the GEG - regardless of the wall structure and thickness. 

 

 

The installation of the new, above-ground inlet for heat pump systems can be carried out in all standard wall structures. This means that building owners and installers do not have to worry about the condition of their wall. What's more, the DOYMAfix® HP/O can be installed quickly by just one person without the need for additional installation aids. It is not necessary to use a sleeve.

DOYMAfix® HP/O can be installed directly in a core drill hole or a mortised opening. Installation of DOYMAfix® HP/O

Not only a technical highlight, the product also creates an aesthetically pleasing wall transition with a surface finish.
Thanks to the segments, the DOYMAfix® HP/O can be customised to the respective wall thickness.
The pipe insulation provided by the customer must be shortened to the wall thickness before installation.
Cellular rubber seals are mounted flush in the anchor plate.
This creates a contact surface for the flat connection of the 200% external insulation.
The pipes have been pulled in. The cables can be pulled in separately, which ensures flexibility in the construction process.
The cover caps are designed in two parts so that they can still be fitted after the pipework has been installed.
Compriband is available as an accessory for sealing on uneven wall surfaces.
The cellular rubber seals can be adapted to the diameter of the copper pipes.

The outer anchor plate is attached using two screws.
The anchor plate of the DOYMAfix® HP/O on the outside of the building. The cables can now be installed.
